Spider solitaire four suit uses all four suits, two sets of each, so clean runs are rare and every build is a choice. It is one of the hardest common solitaire games and many deals cannot be won. No app, no sign-up and no interstitial before play; it works offline and from the keyboard, with unlimited undo.

How to play four-suit Spider
The deal is the standard one: 54 cards in ten columns, 50 in the stock.
The 104 cards are two full decks: two sets of each suit.
Any card may go on a card one rank higher, whatever the suit.
Only a run in one suit moves as a unit.
Complete eight king-to-ace runs of one suit to win.
Four-suit strategy
With four suits you cannot keep everything tidy. Winning is about limiting damage and using undo to explore.
Empty columns are everything
Mixed runs are unavoidable, and the only way to sort them is through empty columns. Getting one early matters more than anything else. Do not spend it on a single card without a clear reason.
Build in suit, or not at all
An off-suit build is only worth it if it uncovers a card or empties a column. Otherwise it creates a run you will have to unpick later.
Delay deals as long as it helps
Each deal covers all ten columns with random cards. Use every productive move first, then fill empty columns with the least useful cards. Keep count of the five deals.
Explore with undo
Undo is unlimited and costs nothing but time. Try a line, and if it goes nowhere, go back. Many four-suit games are won by finding the one order that frees a column.
It also helps to track which suits are close to complete. If you already have a spade run from king to 6 in one column, the other spade 5s through aces become the cards to dig for, and off-suit builds that bury them are the ones to avoid.
Spider solitaire four suit stats
Four-suit games keep their own stats: played, won, win rate, best and average time, and best score. The timer starts on your first move. The first two hints in each game are free; when ads are switched on later, further hints offer a short ad or a 30-second wait. Each deal has a puzzle code you can share.
Plays anywhere, no app, no account
Turn on the colour-blind setting to show diamonds in blue and clubs in green, which makes four suits much easier to read on a small phone screen. Tidy Puzzles runs entirely in your browser: there is no app to install, no account to create and no interstitial before you can play. After the first visit the game also works offline, because each puzzle is generated on your device from a seed. Every board can be played with the keyboard alone, on a phone or a desktop, and your stats and unfinished puzzles stay in this browser rather than on a server.
Frequently asked questions
Is four-suit Spider winnable?
Some deals are, many are not. Deals are random and not checked by a solver.
How many cards of each suit are there?
Twenty-six: two full sets of ace to king per suit.
Why can I not move my run?
Only a run of one suit moves together. A run that mixes suits must be moved card by card.
Does the hint plan ahead?
It looks one move ahead and prefers completing suits, uncovering cards and in-suit builds, so it can lead into dead ends.
How is it scored?
Start at 500, minus 1 per move or deal, plus 100 for each completed suit. The score can go below zero.
